The 2005 Nissan Pathfinder is a more rugged vehicle than its predecessors, and is slightly better suited towards the off road adventures towards which its image is projected. The vehicle is larger and built with a body on frame construction that is borrowed from some of the trucks in Nissan’s line up.
The vehicle is powered by a V6 engine that provides plenty of power to push the vehicle through all sorts of conditions. Aesthetically, the vehicle does have the look and appeal of a rugged, tough, and large SUV, which is the image that many consumers are looking to have projected by their vehicle today.
No manual transmission option is available, and all models will come equipped with a five speed automatic. The vehicle comes in two and four wheel drive models, although most that are looking for a performance SUV are certainly going to opt for the 4WD model when purchasing their 2005 Nissan Pathfinder.
