'06 Nissan Pathfinder

The 2006 Nissan Pathfinder shares much in common with other tough and rugged staples of the Nissan line. The Armada, Xterra, and the Titan as well as the Pathfinder all feature the rugged F-Alpha body on frame construction. The 4.0 L V6 engine is also a Nissan staple.

However, these basic components have been some of the greatest advantages that Nissan has in their line up, and so it makes perfect sense to utilize them in as many models as is practical. The Pathfinder is a big and tough vehicle; it can seat seven and has plenty of power for towing, as well as being equipped well for off-roading.

Such features as all mode four wheel drive and hill assist controls make the vehicle perfectly configured for all terrain. The 2006 Nissan Pathfinder is also a great looking vehicle. Overall, there is nothing to complain about in this great SUV offering from Nissan.

'08 Nissan Pathfinder

The 2008 Nissan Pathfinder has one large difference from all of the previous models of the Pathfinder. The inclusion of a V8 engine for the first time brings a new and more powerful option to the Pathfinder line-up.

The V8 engine is shared with the Titan and Armada, and gives the Pathfinder an option for those who want more power and tow capacity out of their SUV. It adds another 1000 lbs to the tow rating, which makes a big difference for those who want to use their vehicle for a lot of large towing use.

There are some moderate changes in other areas to the vehicle such as slight restyling of the rear end, but the major difference from previous years is definitely the inclusion of the V8 engine as an option.

The 2008 Nissan Pathfinder is another solid entry in a solid line, with a new option for those who need more power than was previously offered.

'07 Nissan Pathfinder

The 2007 Nissan Pathfinder is another entry from Nissan into their popular SUV line. The 2007 model has a sort of return to the roots of the SUV, with a much more truck like exterior than many other SUVs on the market.

Gone are the rounded corners and sleek attempts to make SUVs look like beefed up station wagons. Instead, the 2007 Pathfinder is big, blocky, and powerful looking.

The vehicle drives, rides, and looks like a big truck, and this is exactly what may people are looking for in their SUVs. Nissan gives themselves the edge over many of the other vehicles that still sit in the middle somewhere.

The 2007 Nissan Pathfinder will definitely appeal to people who are looking for more truck than car in their SUVs.

'05 Nissan Pathfinder

The 2005 Nissan Pathfinder is a more rugged vehicle than its predecessors, and is slightly better suited towards the off road adventures towards which its image is projected. The vehicle is larger and built with a body on frame construction that is borrowed from some of the trucks in Nissan’s line up.

The vehicle is powered by a V6 engine that provides plenty of power to push the vehicle through all sorts of conditions. Aesthetically, the vehicle does have the look and appeal of a rugged, tough, and large SUV, which is the image that many consumers are looking to have projected by their vehicle today.

No manual transmission option is available, and all models will come equipped with a five speed automatic. The vehicle comes in two and four wheel drive models, although most that are looking for a performance SUV are certainly going to opt for the 4WD model when purchasing their 2005 Nissan Pathfinder.
